Frequently asked questions
- What notes are in the Fdim chord?
- Fdim is made of F, G♯, B — the root, minor 3rd, flat 5th of F.
- Is Fdim hard to play?
- Fdim is an awkward shape — x 8 9 10 9 x asks your fingers to stretch across 4 strings at different frets. Building up to it slowly, or dropping to the root and 5th until your hand is stronger, both work as stepping stones.
