CapoChart.com does not provide a catalog of songs, publish user charts, or grant music, copyright, performance, printing, or distribution licenses.

Your Files

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights or permission needed to upload and process any file you use with CapoChart.com.

You keep ownership of your files. You give CapoChart.com only the limited permission needed to upload, process, preview, transpose, export, store, and troubleshoot those files to provide the service.

No Legal Advice

CapoChart.com does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for deciding whether your use of any file or output is allowed.

No Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that chord detection, transposition, export, availability, or any output will be error-free or fit a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CapoChart.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses related to use of the service.
